Whoops.  Having had a few minutes to track this down, my memory was
playing tricks.  It's not a patched rpm, it's an rpm of patches, with
a script to apply them to 1.2.26.  In
/pub/yellowdog/updates/champion-1.0/RPMS/install-ssh-0.6-1.noarch.rpm
