[PATCH 5/5] drivers: fsi: occ and sbefifo refactor

Rework the drivers to allow for SBEFIFO connected over FSI or I2C.
There shouldn't be any API changes, except that the location of the
"timeout" sysfs file relative to the occ device is now different.
