[PATCH] README: Add Quick Start section with beginner build/test/mount guide

Hi Gao Xiang and linux-erofs team,

Gentle follow-up on the README Quick Start patch I sent on Feb 28.

It adds a beginner-friendly section to README.md (deps install, build, mkfs
test image, fsck verification, erofsfuse mount, cleanup, compressed
example) — all tested on Debian/Crostini.

No rush — just checking if there's any feedback or if it needs adjustments
before consideration.
