[PATCH] erofs: code cleanup by removing ifdef macro surrounding

Define erofs_listxattr and erofs_xattr_handlers to NULL when
CONFIG_EROFS_FS_XATTR is not enabled, then we can remove many
ugly ifdef macros in the code.
