[PATCH v1] erofs-utils: introduce exclude dirs and files

Add support exlcude directory when build image with long option
arg --exclude-path=dir1/dir2,dir11/dir22 or short option arg
-e dir1/dir2,dir11/dir22 that seperated by ','
