[PATCH] erofs: fix mis-inplace determination related with noio chain

Fix a recent cleanup patch. noio (bypass) chain is
handled asynchronously against submit chain, therefore
inplace I/O or pagevec cannot be applied to such pages.
Add detailed comment for this as well.
