Since it is actually a filesystem feature, I think we should add
an extra field to erofs_sb_info instead.

change to sbi.feature = EROFS_FEATURE_SB_CHKSUM;
and move this to mkfs/main.c (lib/config.c will also
be used for debugfs/erofs-fuse...)
