[PATCH 22/22] staging: erofs: update Kconfig

Keep in line with erofs-outofstaging patchset:
 - turn on CONFIG_EROFS_FS_ZIP by default;
 - turn on CONFIG_EROFS_FS_SECURITY by default suggested by David;
 - update Kconfig description.
