I have a guest now :)

Thanks for the replay. 
My .config file includes:
 CONFIG_VIRTIO_BLK=m

Before I run the Launcher I modprobe "virtio_blk". Still the same problem.
I didn't understood what you mean with "put it in the initrd"?



Either have CONFIG_VIRTIO_BLK=y or make initrd modprobe/insmod the 
appropriate module so that it can access /dev/vda. By the sounds of it; 
=y is your best bet :-)
