Which sounds really strange. Since I use networking, every docs
says that Mac adress must be different for two hosts.

You forgot a point. eth0 inside lguest mustn't be activated in
any way before changing mac adress of tap0.

I hope it can help. I just redraw my tests, and it never works
in any case today. It has worked before.
