[Lguest] [TUTORIAL 0/2] LCA2008 lguest tutorial output

Dear lguest list,

The following patches are the results of the (non-trivial) tasks set
during today's lguest Tutorial at LCA2008.

Rusty suggested that it would be good to post the patches here, although
they're based on 2.6.23.

I can't usefully demonstrate that the M-hiofix is actually correct, but
M-lmapfile works as far as I can see.

I actually didn't finish M-hiofix until tonight. Fun way to spend an
evening. ^_^

(This's also my first use of git-format-patch, so that's also part of
the learning experience)
