It can be useful to mount these things -o loop and look around.

I'm running my own small busybox image with XCPU for process startup
so I don't know about this image you are running.

I had this problem too, and fixed it, but I forget what I did. So,
random questions:
- the lgba driver is not a module, right?
- there is a /dev/lgba?
- I don't see anything that looks like an initrd in your log; do you
have initramfs going or ...

So, what does the ? in this mean again?
fe00    1049600 lgba (driver?)

Anyway, these are random questions, not useful answers, but good luck.
