Hi,

How about this one then? I tried making run_guest() more generic as
you suggested.

Let me know what you think - note this is untested except for the
fact it builds on ia64, so I may have broken something on i386
completely.

Anyway, let me know what you think of this approach, and I can mingle it
some more if needed.
