[Lguest] [patch] split linux/lguest.h

Hi,

Here's a patch to split linux/lguest.h into an arch dependant and an
independant part. We can argue about which pieces really are arch
independant, but I think it's good to try and keep the base of
struct lguest_data arch independant and then have something like
struct lguest_arch_data as part of it.
