[PATCH 0/3] Debian files

These three patches are required to add Debian package build support
for ccontrol.  Patches are against 0.8.2.

The package put ccontrol[-init] programs in /usr/bin and the gcc, cc,
ld etc links in /usr/lib/ccontrol.  So users will need to add
/usr/lib/ccontrol to their PATH to get the new gcc, cc etc. but can
run ccontrol directly without this.

It works on my x86 Ubuntu laptop.  I'll try PPC Debian next.  

I've not done a whole heap of Debian packaging before so comments are
welcome.
