OK, 0.9.0 is out!

  Fixes PPC, and works better with ccache & distcc.  Previously we used
to run 10 ccaches at once, assuming some number would invoke distcc: now
we only run one ccache, but then if it misses we intercept and run in
parallel.  Performance should be better, but avoid grinding machine when
ccache gets lots of hits.

  We also have a gui, and the last bug reporter (Tony Breeds *again*)
graciously agreed to let Jelmer, the author, have naming rights.
