[ccan] git error on push

Well, it's certainly not supposed to be.  I had a look at the gitolite
configuration and I'm not seeing anything obvious wrong:

        RW NAME/ccan/altstack   = dancancode

Have you double checked that you're using the same ssh key as the one
you sent to us?
