[ccan] CCAN web page design provocation

Hi Rusty & *,

Lurker, first time post. I am a big fan of the project and was trying to
think of a way I could contribute.

Here is a pull request for a redesign of the CCAN website:

Features (or bugs, depending on yr taste):

 * More standards compliant.
 * Style defined in a stylesheeet.
 * New Logo.
 * Fixed a couple of bugs (junkcode page).
 * Renders nicely on mobile devices.

Would love to hear your feedback & bike shed color suggestions. :)
