[ccan] cast: relicense to BSD?

Hi Joey,

        list.h went BSD a while ago, and someone wants it to be
-Wcast-qual-clean so using ccan/cast is the easiest way.  Git says
you're the only other contributor, so just checking it's OK to BSD-MIT
that module?
