ls -l ccan/**/LICENSE

and note that each module's website lists this too at the bottom of the
page, e.g. for a randomly selected one:
http://ccodearchive.net/info/tal/link.html

This seems already quite simple and clear, I'm not sure how you want to
improve on that.
