[ccan] [PATCH] list: fix list element counting in provided example inside _info file

This change in list/_info example adds initialization of children counter,
otherwise is may contain arbitrary value.

The same code snippet should be updated at http://ccodearchive.net/info/list.html
as well, if the page is not generated automatically from list/_info.
