[ccan] New module: json

This is a library for parsing and generating JSON (JavaScript Object
Notation).  Although there are several JSON libraries for C and C++, I
wrote yet another one because the libraries I looked at (e.g. jansson,
jsoncpp) struck me as needlessly big and complex.  I just want a
couple source files I can drop into my application and use.

This is tested and ready to apply.
