[ccan] Web site progress!

Hi all,

   I've finally spent some far-overdue cycles on dragging the website into 
shape, loosely based on the Google Summer of Code work.  It's a nice 
statically generated thing (all the code is in the repo), and has a simple 
upload facility.

   From now it's usability enhancements all round:

1) Enhance ccanlint into a decent walkthrough of creating a module,
2) More upload sophistication, including maintainer updates w/o blanket
   bzr access,
3) Nicer web pages, more guides, etc.

And of course, we need more code!
