Man, EVERYONE wants "accepting and judging code" :)

Why doesn't anyone want "build the core CCAN infrastructure".

On the plus side, since you are a Perl coder and familiar with CPAN you 
could be well placed to work on various parts of the Perl code that will 
run the client/server stuff.
