[ccan] Google summer of code help.

Hi all,

    I've decided we could use some GSOC help.  Particularly with the 
automation of submission of packages, and downloading.  If I did it it would 
be best described as functional.

   I'm happy to be mentor, but Google requires a backup mentor.  Volunteers?

   (Inevitably, such work would lead to maturation of ccan in other areas.  
Every time I try to add something to CCAN I end up making a new helper 
package for something).

Feedback welcome, but application must be in soon...
