[ccan] Module Creation

Hi Rusty,

I'm sorry, but I'm still not clear as to what is meant by "make tools" to
make tools/ccanlint/ccanlint. I believe its required to make the ccanlint
executable. But when I created a separate MSVC Project to compile ccanlint.c
, there were a lot of errors that kept on increasing subsequently.
Please explain to avoid any further confusion.
