Hi all,

    With the chatter at OSDC about a "CPAN for C", I've started a mailing 
list.  Hope to get some prototypes to post RSN (I'm in India next week, so 
don't know how that will hit my time).

C-specific issues include:
	- Testing, how formalized? (So far: TAP/libtap)
	- Dependencies, how expressed? (So far: _info.c to compile & run)
	- Documentation (So far: kerneldoc style)
	- Layout (So far: t/ dir for tests, *.[ch] for code)
