Now that I d_instantiate doesn't oops under spufs, I'm able to test; all 
looks good here.

One note though: you may want to modify the changelog though. The line:

 echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/spufs/spufs_context

should be:

 echo 1 > /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/events/spufs/spufs_context/enable
