[Cbe-oss-dev] MARS: patches

I plan to commit the following 2 patches to the MARS repository:

remove-mars-prefix-from-sources-and-headers.patch
- This removes the mars_ prefix from all source and header files.

remove-implementation-headers-from-include-dir.patch
- This moves the implementation headers that are not made public
  from the include directory to the src directory

I am not posting the patches since these patches are huge and is
mainly just renaming all source/header files and changing path.

Ok to apply?
