[Cbe-oss-dev] [PATCH 0/3] libspe2: small fixes to reported errors

I have collected a few small patches to errors that have been reported
in the past.

Please let me know if it is ok to add them to the SF.net repository

1) Add NO_SCHED flag to spe_context_create.

2) Fix scmctl buffer type.

3) Fix isolated mode not supported errno.
