[Cbe-oss-dev] powerpc: Port of Axon/DMAx device driver

This driver has been modified from previous Initial port of PCIe
endpoint device driver for Axon.

The plan is to use this driver on a unique hardware implementation
done for a specific application though might work in general axon
implementations.

All the modifications from the original driver has been done by
Masanori Mitsugi <mitsugi at jp.ibm.com> on CC

This driver addresses the following short coming of previous post but
not all of the features pulled in to this version.

1. Works on standalone systems (no need of host side)
2. Provides DMA xfers between Axon's IO memory (DDR), System memory
(XDR/DDR) and PCIe endpoint nodes

Even though the usage of this driver is limited, I am sure Mitsugi-san
would welcome constructive feedback to improve the quality of the
driver.

This patch set applies cleanly on 2.6.25 and 2.6.25.6 and creates
drivers/misc/axon_emu/axon_emu.ko when CONFIG_AXON_EMU is configured
as modules.

My quilt mail seems broken, hence attaching all the patches here.
