Thank you! That link helped. For an actual Gentoo a simple

rm /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules \
     && udevadm trigger --subsystem-match=net

reached the goal of having device "wlan0", because on Gentoo there is a 
already patched file "/lib/udev/write_net_rules" (patched as described 
in the above link).

There has never been any elog-tip (Gentoo specific) to new generate that 
rules file, so i completely missed it.
