[Cbe-oss-dev] OpenSSL CBE Engine release

I put a source archive of 'OpenSSL Cell/B.E. Engine' as a sample of MARS 
and libspe2:

Please note that this is *NOT* a sample of Cell-optimized application,
but a sample of the programming frameworks. So no implementation of 
crypto algorithms is included in this source archive and it just refers 
to the original OpenSSL's implementation. That is, it doesn't have any 
Cell specific optimizations (e.g. vectorization) except optimizations by 
the compiler, and I have no plan to do such things.
