I am using that kernel version too, but I did not notice an issue 
rebooting it with or without a SIXAXIS turned on bluetooth)... just 
wondering (it might not make an inch of a difference though), but are 
you using Fedora's bluez-libs and bluez-utils or the latest 3.24 
versions (with bluez-utils patched with pabr's 3.19 bluez patch ?) from 
bluez.org ?
