Hi, 

I want to enable WOL by following Geoff's instruction on http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/geoff/cell/ps3-howto/ps3-wake-on-lan-howto.txt. It does not work for me. Here is the output:

>From the same document, the only requirement is that PS3 firmware is 2.20 or higher. I have the latest (2.41?, the one right after the 2.40 fiasco).

The
linux on my PS3 is Ubuntu 7.10, which means the otheros.bld is old.
Could the old otheros.bld be the problem? If so, can I simply update
the otheros.bld without update my linux? (Since Ubuntu 8.04 has serious issues). Also, is there anyway to check the version of otheros.bld?

It would be nice to add the answers to the above questions to the how-to document.
