These patches pertain to spu context switching.  They were developed
using Jeremy's latest set of fixes and should apply correctly although
they haven't been tested yet.  I did test similar versions in the past,
but I am now having a problem linking with an old toolchain :-(.

Patch 1 - fix the saving of the mfc control register
Patch 2 - fix visibility issue with context switch pending flag
Patch 3 - route spu interrupts when mfc is idle
