[Cbe-oss-dev] [PATCH 1/2] libspe2: Use subdirectory for each test set

This patch modify the directory structure to use subdirectory for each
test set in order to make it easy to merge this suite with other
tests. This patch changes only the directory structure of the test
suite, so the content of each test case isn't changed by this patch.

This patch is bzip2'ed to avoid exceeding limit of message size. Sorry
for inconvenience.
