Hi Geoff,

[root at IGGS-PS3 Panajev]# ps3-boot-game-os
os_area_db_verify:726 magic_num failed
os_area_db_read:521: invalid db header

I do not know if that output can help you. The ps3-boot-game-os script 
is the latest  pulled from the ps3-utils.git tree, bootstrap-ed, 
compiled, and installed... as well as naturally :) run.
