[Cbe-oss-dev] [RFC 0/4] kernel side SPU utilization aka KSPU

The changes since last post:
- documentation + skeleton is WIP (not attached)
- double buffering on the SPU is implemented
- is not a separate kernel module but part of spufs
- all exported symbols hafe kspu_ prefix and kernel docu
- tried to address all comments that came up (I could forget/overflook)
- volatile keyword replaced with barrier() (hope that was correct).

Patch is against .23-rc1
Any comments are appreciated.
