[Cbe-oss-dev] Build error with included patch kernel-2.6.22-arnd1

Hi,

having patched the vanilla 2.6.22 sources with this path:
http://kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/arnd/patches/2.6.22-arnd1/2.6.22-arnd1.diff.bz2

i run into the following error.

Please see the attached .config file for my config.
