	Hi,

Here are a few updates for the PS3 frame buffer device:
  [1] ps3fb: Enable VT_HW_CONSOLE_BINDING for proper kexec
  [2] ps3fb: Shrink default virtual frame buffer size from 18 to 9 MiB
  [3] ps3fb: Set FBINFO_READS_FAST to speed up text console scrolling

The first one allows to do a proper reboot or kexec and depends on
cfafca8067c6defbaeb28cb898b7b3f8abdfe20d, which went in recently.

The last two are minor trivial changes.
