[Cbe-oss-dev] PS3 experimental patches updated

I updated the PS3 experimental patches.  For this release, ether,
graphics, storage and usb are working, but should be considered
experimental.

I removed the fake-pci bus code.  USB OHCI and EHCI are now supported
by the PS3 system bus.  I also rebased and applied the HID quirk for
the SIXAXIS controller.

I added a CONFIG_CMDLINE option that should work with FC5 and dhcp.
Change the default CONFIG_CMDLINE if you need a fixed ip addr, etc.
