This patch series has various cleanups and optimization to the spu
scheduler.  This is a first step leading towards a preemptible and
dynamic timesliced spu scheduler.  All these patches are based on
design documents and early code from Luke Browning and Hubertus
Franke, so all credits go to them while all bugs are most likely
my own fault.

Apropos bugs:  I'd be greatfull for every scheduling related testcase
(aka programs with lots and lots of spu contexts in use) as my test
enviroment is rather limited currently.
