[Cbe-oss-dev] [PATCH 0/6] SPE Affinity Implementation

This set of patches implement a logical model for SPE affinity. The 
application defines groups of contexts that should be placed next to each 
other and, optionally, a context per gang as having memory affinity.
Based on the physical topology (derived from the device tree), the scheduler 
places the contexts respecting the specified affinity rules.

An additional 7th patch, that interprets vicinity information from the new 
device-trees (malta, ...), is coming soon.
