Hi Paul,

Here's my series for .25, which goes on top of Arnd's tree (he's
merged the cell-specific patches from my earlier posting).

I still have two remaining to complete:

 spufs: Add marker-based tracing facility
 spufs: Fix SPE single-step mode

They should be ready soon, but I'll post as a separate series.
