[Cbe-oss-dev] reloading ps3 sound module fails

There seems to be a init problem with the snd_ps3 driver.

Try the following to reproduce:
# modprobe snd_ps3  (works)
# modprobe -r snd_ps3 (works)
# modprobe snd_ps3 (fails)

dmesg output:
