I had been running 2.6.16 with everything running as usual with 30 days
of uptime. From there, I booted directly into a freshly compiled
2.6.23-rc1, and things went south from there. In between the first boot
into 2.6.23-rc1, I did not perform a system software update, nor boot
into PS3OS.
I had been running v1.82 with 2.6.16 when everything was working, and
after booting into 2.6.23-rc1 with the same system software rev. is
where things went south. I also tried updating to v1.90 after all was
said and done, still to no avail.
