This patch series adds three long-awaited features to spufs:

* Affinity between SPU contexts
* Profiling SPU applications with oprofile
* preemptive scheduling for regular (SCHED_OTHER) tasks

The first two have been part of the recently released
Cell SDK 2.1 from IBM, the third one is new. Also,
neither the affinity nor the profiling support will
work on the PS3, they rely on features that are currently
only implemented on the IBM server hardware.

I'll be offline until Wednesday, so I won't be able
to participate in any discussion about them during
that time.

While I haven't done as much final reviewing work
on these patches as I would have liked to do, I'm
sure that Jeremy and Christoph can give a final
statement about whether they are ready to go in.

Paul, please merge the parts that they ack.
If that includes all these patches, please pull from
