I've collected a far too large number of changes for spufs. These are
most of the small changes, the three big topics that are left are still

- spu oprofile support
- affinity between spus
- preemptive scheduling for regular tasks

These three are somewhat intermixed and I need some more time to make
sure that I get the submission right.

Please pull these patches from
