We don't put this kind of information in kernel source files; instead
we use git to track who changed what files, how, and for what reason.

If your change is significant enough that you can validly claim to be
a co-author, or if you are taking on the maintenance of a file, that
can go in the comments at the top of the file.  That doesn't appear to
be the case here, though.
